What if my package was damaged during shipping?

Do you ship internationally?

Important: Orders returned due to failed collection or refused delivery will incur:

Are your products covered by warranty?
Most products on our site are sold "as is" without warranty. This includes all e-liquids and most disposables. If a product qualifies for warranty, it will be clearly stated in the product description.

How do I make a warranty claim?
To make a warranty claim:
- Contact customerservice@42cloudz.ca within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos/description of the issue
- Ship the product back (customer pays shipping)
- We'll inspect the product thoroughly
After inspection:
Products may contain manufacturing flaws. We only accept returns/exchanges if this is the main cause of deficiency.
- If defective: We'll send a replacement (free shipping)
- If working properly: Product returned to you (you pay shipping)
What if my product arrives defective?
If you receive a defective product:

- Include photos clearly showing the defect
- Keep all packaging and proof of purchase

What about Final Sale items?
Final Sale items cannot be returned under any circumstances. These items will be clearly marked as "FINAL SALE" in the product description. Please review product details carefully before purchasing Final Sale items as all sales are final.

The following items have NO WARRANTY and are sold "as is":
