Shipping, Returns & Warranty Policies

Shipping Policy:

At 42Cloudz, we pride ourselves on fast, reliable shipping to get your order to you as quickly as possible. All orders are processed promptly and delivered within 4–6 business days through our trusted shipping partner, Canada Post. Plus, enjoy free shipping on all orders over $99.00—making it even easier to shop with confidence. For customers in select areas, we also offer the option of direct, personal delivery if contacted directly after placing an order. Please note that we currently do not offer returns, so we encourage you to review your order carefully before checkout. Your satisfaction is our priority, and our team is always available to assist with any questions or special requests.

Return Policy:

42Cloudz informs that in order to return a product, the product must be sent back within 48 hours after receiving the item. Shipping fees are to be paid by the customer. Contact: customerservice@42cloudz.ca, within a 48-hour time frame after receiving the product for customer service needs, which may include, damage towards a product in transit, wrong item was sent, or any other issue you may experience.

Returns will not happen on items that have been already opened, contain leaking coils, e-liquids, disposables and damaged/broken items due to consumable nature. Proof of purchase will always be required in order to proceed with a return. Final Sale items are never able to be returned, these items will be clearly state in the item’s description. Full inspection will be committed when returned items are presented to 42Cloudz. Orders that are sent back based on failed collection will be charged a restocking fee of 45% of the original purchase, along with the shipping fee.

Warranty Policy:

The mass majority of the products sold on this site are, “as is” products, this means that the majority of products sold from 42Cloudz will not qualify for warranty. An example of this is our, E-liquid. If a product qualifies for any sort of warranty, it will be listed under the product’s description.

When receiving a product(s) from 42Cloudz you acknowledge that the product is for personal, recreational use only, the customer agrees to not allow 3rd party to use or come into contact with any of the products bought, whether it is in forms such as reselling, donating or lending.  Failure to acknowledge these terms and condition is a violation of 42Clouds, and 42Clouds or anyone associated is not subjected to any and all liability from any parties involved. All products are to be used at your own risk.

What Deactivates Warranty?

  • Any sort of accessories that are associated with the devices itself will NOT be covered. (This includes, Tanks, Leaky Tanks, Atomizers, Mods, Coils, Drip Tips, E-liquids, Etc).
  • Improper or unauthorized repair on product(s), causing failure or damage toward the product(s). 
  • Dropping or Mishandling Products with excessive force, resulting in failed or damaged products.
  • Failure or Damage from the result of ignoring provided instructions. Also, the ability of improper use causing fire damage, water damage or juice spillage.
  • Any sort of Missing Components, Improper button capabilities (rattling), aftermarket modifications, and defects that are lead from constant wear and tear whether it is from constant use or normalized aging.
  • Any items that exceed the set warranty periods.

What does Warranty Cover?

  • Any sort of charging port issues or Button Sticking (Devices prohibits the charge or excessive force is required to obtain a concurrent charge, buttons are stuck on selected modes).
  • Devices counting LED Screening issues (Screen is Faded or Is not powering on)
  • Concurrent Battery issues (May include, battery not registering, shortages in the battery due to unit malfunctions, the acquire warranty battery must be in reasonable condition).
  • Malfunctions caused by programing chip (Ohm’s improper reading), product(s) not firing correctly (May have to check proper coil functionality).

If a product is returned based off its warranty the customer accepts to a full inspection done by 42Cloudz, if the product is deemed in proper condition, it will be sent back to the customer with a shipping fee. If the product is deemed not worthy, then the product will be substitute and sent out the next following business day, without a shipping fee associated. (To send a product back, the customer is responsible to pay the return shipping fee).

Products may contain manufactured flaws, which can be expected, in the case of this scenario, we can only accept returns or exchanges if this is the main cause of the deficiency of the item.
